Despite capital commitments being made towards gender, women entrepreneurs, particularly in rural areas, face a shortfall in accessing capital. The ~ $30 billion committed towards gender ultimately needs to flow to them at much smaller ticket sizes (~USD 1000).
At every layer of intermediation and absorption, the onward flow of capital is met with certain barriers:

Social Entrepreneurs do not have strong gender lens due to lack of market access
