Our Partnerships

Our Delivery Partner: Frontier Markets
Frontier Markets, India’s leading rural AI-enabled commerce platform, is our trusted implementation partner for the She Leads Bharat initiative. With deep local roots and proven expertise in last-mile market access, Frontier Markets ensures that our programmes reach and empower women across rural India.
The Delivery Model
At the core of She Leads Bharat is a community-driven model powered by women leaders known as Super Sahelis—trained mentors who guide and support groups of micro-entrepreneurs in their villages.
This grassroots network is reinforced by a professional delivery structure:
- Field Personnel manage onboarding, training, and ongoing support for rural entrepreneurs.
- District Managers oversee programme quality and implementation across regions.
- Field Coordinators and State Leads ensure alignment, liaise with government partners, and maintain consistency.
- Regional Branch Offices anchor operations, logistics, and training delivery.
- The Central Programme Management Unit provides technology, data, and customer support, ensuring responsive, data-driven execution.
- Digital Marketing and Tech Support Teams enhance outreach and ensure seamless digital access for participants.
This integrated, multi-tiered model—combining local leadership with professional oversight—keeps the programme people-centric, adaptable, and scalable.
Our partnership with Frontier Markets is critical to driving sustainable impact and advancing women’s economic empowerment across India.

Our Government Partnerships
She Leads Bharat has built strong partnerships with state and national governments, aligning closely with India’s vision for women-led development and digital inclusion.
Through these partnerships, She Leads Bharat demonstrates a unique ability to integrate with existing government systems, elevate their impact, and provide a replicable pathway to achieve national priorities around Nari Shakti, financial resilience, and rural entrepreneurship at scale.
India’s National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM) has built the world’s largest women’s self-help group (SHG) network, empowering over 100 million rural women through 9 million SHGs and positively impacting more than 800 million underserved individuals nationwide. Supported by State Rural Livelihood Missions (SRLMs), these SHGs receive essential training, financial access, market linkages, and capacity-building support to foster sustainable livelihoods.
State Government Collaborations:
- In Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Andhra Pradesh, She Leads Bharat has partnered with the State Rural Livelihood Missions (SRLMs) to strengthen the existing Self-Help Group (SHG) infrastructure. These partnerships provide access to verified SHG women data, local infrastructure, and government-backed systems that already deliver foundational digital and financial literacy.
- The initiative has been nationally recognised by the Honourable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, for its vision of empowering 1 million rural women entrepreneurs and 100 million households by 2030. This recognition has positioned She Leads Bharat as a model for women’s empowerment and inclusive rural development at scale.
State-Level Replication:
- In Andhra Pradesh, She Leads Bharat received strategic endorsement from the Honourable Chief Minister, Shri N. Chandrababu Naidu, who officially launched She Leads Andhra as a state-level chapter of the initiative. With the support of KADA, SERP, and MEPMA, the program has a clear roadmap to empower 100,000 rural women entrepreneurs across the state in the next three years, with financing support from leading banks including SBI, Indian Bank, Canara Bank, and AP Grameena Bank.
Central Government Support:
- Beyond state partnerships, She Leads Bharat has garnered recognition and support from central ministries and agencies including the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Ministry of Women and Child Development, Ministry of Rural Development, Ministry of MSME, Department of IT (Government of Rajasthan), MeitY, and NITI Aayog. This multi-ministerial engagement reinforces the relevance of She Leads Bharat as a scalable model for inclusive growth and women’s economic empowerment.
