Jeanne also supports partnership development with private sector and philanthropic organizations, enhancing FIF’s visibility and reach through social media and global advocacy platforms.
Yolanda M. Wardowski
Yolanda serves as the Foundation’s Chief Secretary of Finance. She oversees all financial governance functions including budgeting, audit coordination, and compliance with accounting standards. She ensures timely submission of financial reports to the Board and external auditors and serves as the Board Secretary, maintaining accurate records of Board proceedings and resolutions.
Ann Rogan
Ann plays a key role in developing strategic partnerships globally. She focuses on building collaborations with social enterprises (nonprofit and for-profit) and technology partners to strengthen FIF’s programs in digital inclusion, climate adaptation, and financial access. Ann provides strategic guidance on innovation and scaling partnerships across geographies.
Alice Bromage
Alice brings two decades of deep experience in leadership development, strategic planning, and performance under pressure. From her military service in the British Army to her global leadership coaching practice, Alice has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to empowering individuals and teams to unlock their full potential.
Her unique ability to design and facilitate leadership frameworks makes her an ideal partner in strengthening FM’s internal leadership culture and preparing our growing women entrepreneur network for scale.
Audrey Selian
Audrey is a leading voice in impact investing and inclusive finance. As Director of Artha Impact at Rianta Capital Zurich and a board member of FM, she has played an instrumental role in mobilizing catalytic capital into high-impact ventures across South Asia and Africa.
Her continued guidance is key to refining our investment strategy, deepening governance practices, and strengthening our long-term positioning in the inclusive innovation ecosystem. Audrey’s systems thinking and field-based investing insights add critical value as we design the next phase of our capital raise and growth journey.
Benedicte Bjorn
Benedicte is a visionary strategist, leadership guide, and co-founder of Awe Impact. With three decades of global experience, she has served as Global Vice President of Strategy in international corporates and as a board member across sectors. She has contributed to global leadership networks and private advisory circles focused on sustainable growth, human-centered development, and regenerative leadership.
Through Awe Impact, Benedicte co-creates ecosystem-based programs that connect Nordic innovation with the vibrant markets of the Global South—designing long-term solutions rooted in place, people, and purpose.

Daniel Rostrup
Daniel is a leader in social innovation with 20+ years’ experience, helping organisations create outsized societal impact. He has had the privilege of working for a diverse range of organisations from top philanthropic foundations and social enterprises to multinational corporations and leading impact networks.
He built TrustLaw, Thomson Reuters Foundation’s probono legal service reaching 160+ countries, and launched the corporate social impact offering at Impact Europe. Daniel also consults for the World Economic Forum on social innovation and has lectured at Regent’s University London.
Emma Hague
Emma is a pioneering entrepreneur with a proven track record in technology and human data analytics, successfully growing and exiting her business. Her extensive experience spans entrepreneurship, strategic scaling, investor relations, and impactful exits. Currently, Emma dedicates herself to creating meaningful impact through angel investments, strategic co-investments alongside aligned family offices, and mentorship for visionary entrepreneurs.
Her deep understanding of growth strategy and investor ecosystems positions her uniquely to guide Frontier Innovations Foundation through our critical growth phase.
Katherine Milligan
Katherine has spent her career helping social entrepreneurs scale their impact through learning ecosystems, cross-sector collaboration, and values-driven leadership. She is a globally respected voice in social innovation and systems change. Katherine is now a Senior Fellow at Dartmouth College, an ELEA Fellow at IMD Business School, and a faculty member at both the Geneva Graduate Institute and the University of Geneva, where she teaches social innovation and entrepreneurship to MBA, graduate, and PhD students.
Katherine’s expertise in designing and facilitating experiential learning programs, thought leadership, narrative strategy, makes her an ideal thought partner as Frontier Innovations Foundation evolves from a national leader to a global reference point in gender-inclusive digital development.
Meena Vaidyanathan
Meena Vaidyanathan has held senior leadership roles across global technology companies, specializing in marketing, public affairs, and management. In 2010, she founded Niiti Consulting, where she continues to serve as Managing Director, driving social change through action research, strategy, and implementation. Alongside her entrepreneurial work, she advises several organizations in the social and corporate sectors on path-breaking change management strategies.
Meena will be supporting our efforts in strategic leadership development in India, strengthening corporate partnerships, and advancing CSR initiatives. With her unique blend of corporate insight, entrepreneurial vision, and social sector expertise, she will play a key role in driving collaborative models that foster innovation, deepen impact, and scale sustainable development outcomes.
Peter Hall
Peter Hall brings over 25 years of leadership in climate adaptation, resilience, and sustainability. He has held senior roles across global engineering and advisory firms, leading the development of frameworks such as ADAPT for Impact and ResilienceLens, and contributing to major initiatives like the Sharm el-Sheikh Adaptation Agenda, Race to Resilience, and the Urban Resilience Fund (TURF). Currently, Senior Advisor with Ambition Loop’s Climate Capital Mobilization Accelerator (CCMA), Peter is helping unlock capital flows into climate solutions across emerging and developing economies. He also serves on TURF’s Resilience Committee (on behalf of the Rockefeller Foundation) and the Executive Advisory Committee for the FAST Infra Label, guiding investment in sustainable infrastructure projects .
Peter contributes to strengthening She Leads Bharat by helping design compelling, investable programmes, connecting with potential donors and investors, and shaping strategic collaborations that blend gender empowerment with climate resilience.
Susannah Friend
Susannah is an accomplished leader and strategic adviser with more than 40 years of experience in philanthropy, non-profit management, creative business development, and strategic communications. She has worked with high-profile organisations and global initiatives, driving innovation in charitable giving, leading transformational projects, and building sustainable philanthropic strategies. Susannah has a proven track record of advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporations on the design and delivery of impactful philanthropic programmes aligned with their values and long-term goals. Her leadership has spearheaded major initiatives addressing child poverty, education, and international development, raising millions in funding while elevating organisational visibility and impact.
Her strategic insight and global perspective will be instrumental in fostering partnerships, mobilising resources, and positioning She-Leads Bharat as a leader in advancing inclusive and transformative development.
